Pathway Trust
Alloyfold New Zealand is wholly owned by Pathway Trust established in 1998 as a charitable trust. Based in Christchurch, New Zealand, the trust exists to assist disadvantaged individuals into long term positive life change by providing jobs, accommodation, life skills and mentoring. Alloyfold profits go to the trust to help carry out it's work.

Alloyfold's core business is a mix of manufacturing and importing a range of seating and other furniture to serve the rental industry, commercial projects, auditoriums and churches, cafes and restaurants and general households . We have great products and great customers, many of whom purchase our products year after year.

Alloyfold's signature product, the Alloyfold aluminium folding chair was designed in the late 80's and became a respected brand for rental customers both in New Zealand and in the USA, a position it still occupies. Alloyfold now offers a wide range of tables, chairs, cinema seating, venue seating, and portable toilets.

 

  

Oak Tree Labour Hire
Alloyfold's sister company is Oak Tree Labour Hire, a container unloading (devanning) service which employs around 100 staff a year.  Their employment and development are a key part of the fulfillment of the goals of Pathway Trust.
